Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actress. Her most well-known role is her character Skyler White on Breaking Bad, an AMC drama series Breaking Bad for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actor in a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. She has also appeared as Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. She fell in love acting in the Preparatory school, after which she moved to Ohio together with her family during the late 1970s. She attended the British American Drama Academy and studied theatre through Northwestern University. Anna was working as a theatre actor in the Chicago area for several years before trying her luck in TV and film roles. In 1992, Anna was offered her first big character in the role of Arden in the 29th episode of Down the Shore. Anna continued to be in film and TV series such as Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and others up to the late 1990's. Then she was placed in The Practice as Jean Ward. The mid-2000's saw her was given the role of Deadwood in the role of Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler played her part as Martha Bullock in Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood was another movie she appeared in. Gunn took the stage in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. Gunn acted as Numbered Days, which is a four-part audio series that was released in 2022. Breaking Bad's story is usually driven by the relationship with Walter White, his wife Skyler and their uneasy relationship. The decline of their relationship is similar to Walter White's dying years.
